The ones worth answering
Where is my data?
In your phone's own memory. Customers, items and sales are not sent to any server and do not pass through any artificial intelligence. There is no account to open. It also means the backup is your job: take one, and keep it somewhere that is not the same phone.
Does it work with no network?
Yes, entirely. Quotes, orders, receipts, customers and stock all work with the phone offline: at a market, in a van, in a back room with no signal.
How do I send a document to a customer?
Three ways, and you choose at the time: formatted text to paste into the conversation, an image the customer cannot alter, or a PDF to download and print. You see a preview before sending.
Is it only for selling in chat?
No. It is built to work well there, because that is where a lot of selling happens now, but documents print, attach to an email and get handed over by hand just like always.
Do I have to keep stock levels up to date?
No, stock levels are optional. If you use them the app warns you when an item is running low; if you don't, items simply stay a price list with photos.
What do I need to run it?
An Android phone or tablet.
Is the free version really unlimited?
Yes: no cap on the number of customers, items or documents, and no expiry date. Exported documents do carry a watermark, though, and some features are reserved for the Pro version — among them the payment QR code, which is the one that makes the difference when you need to get paid.
