There is nothing to refund yet

Yataio is not on sale. The app has not been released, this site has no checkout, and no one has paid us anything. So there is no transaction that could need refunding today.

The rule we are committing to

We would rather say it now than announce it later, because a promise made before there is money involved is worth more than one made after.

When Yataio goes on sale, you will be able to have your money back in full within 14 days of any purchase. No reason needed, and we will not ask for one. That will apply to a first purchase and to a renewal alike.

The reason it can be that simple: the free version of the app is not a trial. It has no time limit and no cap on how much you keep in it, so anyone who pays has already used the product and knows what they are buying.

Your rights under the law

Whatever we write here is in addition to your legal rights, never instead of them. Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and nothing we publish will limit the consumer law of the country you live in.

When the full policy arrives

The complete policy — how to ask, how long the money takes to come back, what happens to your data, and how purchases made through Google Play are handled — will be published before the first payment is possible, together with the full Terms of Service.
